William Graves
As the founder of International Technical Services in 1992, and Managing Director of ITS, Bill has served in various roles through the company's growth and brings to the company a diverse technical background combined with hands-on management experience supported by a degree from McGill University in Adult Education and Industrial Design. Twenty-eight years of railway experience began at the Canadian National Railway in 1977. Bill enjoyed a career including a variety of technical and management positions in the Equipment and Operations groups at CN. In 1990 he left for a consulting career overseas, living for five years in East Africa managing locomotive rebuild projects. Since founding ITSRAIL the scope of countries has broadened to include South America, Europe and the Middle East while services have grown to include fleet, facilities and training analysis.
Rick Girvin
Rick joined ITSRAIL in 1997 and has 35 years experience in production coordination, scheduling and staff management. He was instrumental in the growth and success of a major Printing and Publications firm. Over the 27 years with that company he held many management roles from Production Manager to General Manager overseeing 7 manufacturing locations including facilities planning and equipment purchasing coordination. John F. Fenerty
In this advisory role at ITSRAIL, John brings extensive customer relations, management and international experience to the team. During his 39 years at General Motors in non-automotive experience his responsibilities included positions with Detroit Diesel Allison, Terex, Light Armored Vehicles and the Electro-Motive locomotive group. John's in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and unique mentoring style will benefit both the company and our customers as we grow and structure our services to meet the changing needs of the industry.
Elia has a Bachelor of Commerce – Honours Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Windsor, a BA in Psychology from Western and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). With a diverse background in Banking with the Toronto Dominion Financial Group, he joins us from his most recent position as Business Development Manager, Southwestern Ontario for EDC.
Charles Crete
Charles has been with ITSRAIL since 1996 when he worked on contract on numerous projects until 2000. Operating now as the District Manager of ITSRAIL Montreal, Charles fills the role of Project Manager, Training Developer and Trainer. From 1991 to 1996 Charles worked on contract for Mark IV IVHS as service manager in Toronto before joining CANAC in Jamaica as project manager. Before this he was Partner and Marketing manager at Transtronic until 1991. Charles joined Vapor Corporation in 1986 and filled the role of General Service Manager until 1989. Prior to his time at Vapor Corporation, Charles was employed by CN Rail in a number of various positions beginning in 1972.
Dana Dikaitis
Dana has been with ITSRAIL since its inception in 1992 as the Director of Design and Publications. Prior to ITSRAIL, she worked at CN Rail for 13 years as a Senior Instructional Illustrator and was responsible for the development of training materials. In addition, throughout her career, she has pursued numerous freelance assignments in design and photography. Dana holds a degree in Graphic Design from Dawson College in Montreal and has over 25 years experience with the Rail Industry. Matt Labord
Matt recently joined ITSRAIL in 2006 as Director of Engineering Operations in support of the business growth. With over 25 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, Matt provides first hand expertise for the mechanical shops and management support of our continuing engineering, consulting, training and publications business. Matt worked at Electro-Motive from 1983 to 2005, achieving the position of Director of Operations, London in 2002. Matt is a graduate of General Motors Institute with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, a graduate of the Queens Executive Program and has held a broad range of career positions at Diesel Division and EMD in Canada and the U.S. Jim Marr
Jim joined ITSRAIL in 2005, bringing 32 years of experience with General Motors EMD Locomotive and Terex products. His experience includes production, process engineering, customer service, training, publications, quality systems and audit, and ISO9001 certification. Jim's 20 years of experience both as a training instructor and manager of training has taken him throughout the world assisting a broad spectrum of railway customer's increase their productivity through knowledge. |
